The Aim
The project aimed to help deliver a large-scale residential development that would provide much-needed housing while supporting Trafford's wider regeneration ambitions. The scheme was designed to create a sustainable neighbourhood, combining modern homes, public spaces and community-focused infrastructure within a landmark development.
The Solution
