Edward Street, Stockport

Edward Street is a landmark residential development in the heart of Stockport, delivering 131 affordable apartments opposite the Town Hall. Atlantic Group successfully completed the electrical installation package, supporting the delivery of high-quality, sustainable homes within a key regeneration scheme. 

The project aimed to provide much-needed affordable housing while contributing to the ongoing regeneration of Stockport town centre. Designed to create a sustainable urban community, the development combines modern residential living with enhanced public infrastructure, supporting both residents and the wider local area. 

Atlantic Group delivered the complete electrical installation package across the 131-apartment development. Working closely with the wider project team, the works incorporated power distribution, lighting and infrastructure supporting EV charging facilities, cycle storage and communal areas, ensuring a reliable and future-ready electrical system throughout the scheme.

The completed development provides 131 high-quality affordable homes across a striking 6–10 storey building in Stockport town centre. Atlantic Group's electrical works contributed to the successful delivery of a sustainable residential development that supports local housing demand while enhancing the town's ongoing regeneration.
