Central Street, Bolton

Central Street is a landmark build-to-rent development in the heart of Bolton, delivering 167 high-quality, energy-efficient homes. Atlantic Group delivered electrical installations, supporting the creation of a sustainable residential community within one of the town's key regeneration areas.

The project aimed to redefine rental living by creating modern, long-term homes within Bolton town centre. Designed around community, sustainability and resident wellbeing, the development sought to provide high-quality accommodation while supporting the wider regeneration of the area and encouraging town centre living.

Atlantic Group delivered the electrical installation package across the development, working closely with Placefirst and the wider project team. Through careful planning and coordination, building services were integrated throughout the scheme to support energy efficiency, modern living standards and long-term operational performance.

The completed development provides 167 energy-efficient homes alongside landscaped courtyards, rooftop terraces, communal gardens and pedestrian-priority streets. Atlantic Group's contribution helped deliver a vibrant residential community that supports sustainable urban living, enhances Bolton's town centre and establishes a new benchmark for modern build-to-rent accommodation.
