Boughton Heath, Chester

Boughton Heath is a landmark retirement living development in Chester, comprising 155 apartments across six residential blocks. Atlantic Group contributed to the delivery of the scheme, supporting the creation of a sustainable, community-focused environment designed for modern independent living.

The project aimed to create a high-quality retirement community that promotes wellbeing, independence and social connection. Alongside delivering modern residential accommodation, the development sought to set new standards for sustainable living through low-carbon technologies, energy-efficient design and environmentally responsible construction methods.

Atlantic Group delivered mechanical and electrical installation works across the development, working collaboratively with the wider project team to support the delivery of six residential buildings and associated communal facilities. Careful coordination ensured the successful integration of modern building services within a highly sustainable development.

The completed development provides 155 high-quality apartments within a vibrant retirement community designed around wellbeing and social interaction. Through the incorporation of air source heat pumps, renewable energy technologies and energy-efficient design principles, Boughton Heath establishes a benchmark for sustainable residential development in the region.
